What size should I get?

We currently offer US Men's sizes 7-13 (only full sizes for now)

This translates to US Women’s sizes 8.5-14.5

Based on wearer feedback, we estimate that the shoes run a half-size large. For example, if you are a true US Men's size 10, we recommend buying the 10. However, if you are a 9.5 who sometimes wears 10's with a little extra room, we recommend going with the size 9.

Why don't you have my size?

Trust us, we want to offer Blades in every size: the goal is strap-ons for everybody, after all. But, as a startup financed entirely from our deployment savings... well, we had to start somewhere. More sizes are coming!

We recognize that the currently limited options for those with smaller feet disproportionately impacts women. We are going to remedy this as soon as possible.

If you are dying for Blades in a specific size that we do not yet have, please drop us a note here so we can make sure to include your size as we begin to expand.

Who can wear Blades?

Blades are for everyone! If we don’t have your size yet, please check the “Why don’t you have my size?” FAQ for more information, and make sure to drop us a note here so that we can accommodate you on our next production order

How long will it take for my Blades to arrive?

If you select our standard/economy shipping option, your Blades usually will arrive within two weeks (but most likely much sooner - around 5 business days generally).

We have expedited shipping options available at checkout for those who need their Blades on a tighter timeline.

And last but not least: free shipping for all orders over $100!

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we are only shipping to customers in the US and Canada.

However, if you are somewhere else in the world and really want to strap in... please drop us a message with your details on the Contact Us page and we will try to work something out for you.

Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?

Absolutely! We accept returns within two weeks for anything: shoes with defects, wrong sizing, you name it. However, please try on your Blades in a clean, preferably carpeted, space - if they cannot be resold, we will not accept them for a return. All returns are subject to a $15 shipping and restocking fee.

Exchanges. The best way to ensure you get the Blades that you are looking for is to return your original order and make a new one!

Damaged or Defective Goods. Please make sure to inspect your Blades for issues or defects when you first receive them so we can get any problems fixed right away.
